Booking a Session:

 

In order to reserve a date for you, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  Please note your session will not be reserved until deposit has been received.  Deposits are payable with cash, check or credit card.  If you wish to pay with credit card we will email you an invoice that can be paid online.  If paying by check, it must be received at least 2 weeks prior to session date.  The balance of the session fee is due on the day of session. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Please keep in mind when booking, that your session time is being reserved exclusively for you.  We ask that you take that into consideration when choosing a time and date.  We understand that illness and emergencies do occur and that a session may need to be rescheduled.  We ask that you notify us as soon as possible in the event that you need to reschedule.  We will allow for one rescheduled session in which case your deposit will carry over.  Upon the second cancellation your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to submit a new deposit if you wish to reschedule.  

 

*Cancellations due to weather will be at the discretion of the photographer and will be rescheduled without penalty

 

*Please do your best to be on time for you scheduled session.  We allow for plenty of time to capture your moments, but a late arrival can cut into that time as we may very likely have another commitment scheduled after yours.  Thank You!
